Interests:
Dr. Cantu has been practicing gentle Chiropractic care in Illinois and then Virginia for 13 years. He also continues to be a member of the research team at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, researching the effects of spinal manipulation on low back pain. He also has designed and teaches an Xray Technologist Certification Course. Dr. Cantu's clinical interests include the conservative management of acute and chronic back pain with an emphasis on spinal manipulation and physical therapeutics. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of adults and adolescents with spine-related conditions including headaches, arm and/or leg pain with a strong emphasis on patient education. His special interests include research of the cause and treatment of low back pain and sports-related injuries. Dr. Cantu also has an additional sub-specialty in musculoskeletal radiology and advanced imaging. In his free time, Dr. Cantu enjoys spending time with his family and friends, coaching baseball and volunteering through the Charlottesville Rotary Club and the elementary school.

Special interests include cause and innovative treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He provides in-office physical therapy modalities and excercise.  In his free time,
Dr. Walker enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, cooking and playing golf.
